1. The Promoter is Our Media Limited (company number 05715415) a company incorporated in England and Wales whose registered address is at Eagle House, Colston Avenue, Bristol, BS1 4ST. This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Facebook/Instagram.
2. The BBC Code of Conduct for competitions can be found at https://www.bbc.com/editorialguidelines/guidance/code-of-conduct and all BBC magazines comply with the Code.
3. The promotion is open to all residents of the UK, including the Channel Islands, aged 18 years or older, except the Promoter’s employees or contractors and anyone connected with the promotion or their direct family members.
4. The closing date for entries is noon on 18 June 2026.

5. By entering the promotion, the participants agree:

   1. to be bound by these terms and conditions;
   2. that their surname and county of residence may be released if they win a prize; and
   3. that should they win the promotion, their name and likeness may be used by the Promoter for pre-arranged promotional purposes.
6. Entrants should enter via the form at the bottom of this page: https://advertorial.ourmedia.co.uk/find-your-extraordinary/. Entries received after the closing date of the promotion will not be considered .
7. Entrants must supply to Our Media Limited their name and email address. The Promoter will use entrants’ personal details in accordance with the Our Media Privacy Policy (https://policies.ourmedia.co.uk/privacy-policy/). These details are being collected and used by the Promoter, not by Facebook/Instagram.
8. Only one entry will be permitted per person, regardless of method of entry. Bulk entries made by third parties will not be permitted.

9. The prize is one three-night prize break for two adults to the Isle of Man. It includes:

   1. double room accommodation for three nights at Comis Hotel & Golf Resort, Douglas, Isle of Man;
   2. breakfast;
   3. return economy travel to/from the Isle of Man by flight and/or ferry, subject to availability;
   4. baggage allowance of 15kg per person;
   5. departure airport(s) and/or ferry port(s) will be agreed at the time of booking from the Prize Supplier's available routes, subject to availability;
   6. car hire, if chosen by the winner, subject to availability and any applicable provider terms;
   7. taxi transfers between the arrival port/airport and the accommodation on arrival and return only if the winner and/or guest do not wish to drive; and
   8. a Go Explore Heritage Card for the winner and their guest, providing unlimited travel on the Isle of Man's heritage railways and buses during their stay.
10. Prize restrictions and fulfilment details:
    1. blackout dates apply and no travel is permitted during 6 July 2026 to 9 July 2026 and 16 August 2026 to 28 August 2026;
    2. the winner must book the prize at least 60 days in advance of the intended travel date, subject to availability;
    3. the prize must be booked and taken by 30 April 2027;
    4. all other meals, drinks and incidental expenses are excluded and are at the winner's and guest's own cost;
    5. home-to-departure travel is excluded, so the winner and guest must arrange and pay for their own travel to the relevant departure airport or port and any associated costs;
    6. if the winner travels by ferry and brings their own car, no additional transfers are provided;
    7. if the winner hires a car, no additional transfers are provided;
    8. if car hire is selected, it is subject to availability and the driver meeting all applicable licence, age, identity and rental conditions imposed by the relevant provider;
    9. any local transport not expressly included as part of the prize, including any transport not covered by the Go Explore Heritage Card, is at the winner's expense;
    10. the prize is non-transferable and no cash alternative is available;
    11. the prize does not include travel insurance, and the winner and guest are responsible for obtaining any insurance they consider necessary;
    12. the Prize Supplier has confirmed that the prize is not ATOL protected, the Prize Supplier is not an ABTA member, and no ATOL/ABTA protection is included.
    13. the prize value is estimated and varies by travel dates.
11. The winning entrant will be the first correct entry drawn at random from all the correct entries after the closing date. The Promoter’s decision as to the winner is final and no correspondence relating to the promotion will be entered into. The Promoter may share the details of the winner with the prize provider for the purposes of fulfilling/delivering the prize.
12. The winner will be notified within 28 days of the close of the promotion by email. If the winner cannot be contacted, or fails to respond within 28 days of such notification being sent, the Promoter reserves the right to offer the prize to a runner up, or to re-offer the prize in any future promotion.
